was all over the ice for Rapid City, as he tallied two goals and two
assists in Rapid City's 7-3 win over the Missouri Mavericks. Schultz found the back of the net 16:47 into the second period to make the score 4-1 Rapid City and again while 4:22 into the third to make the score 5-3 Rapid City. Rapid City's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Missouri power plays. Rapid City's goal total was higher than its season average. This season, Rapid City averages 3.6 goals per contest. With 46 shots on target during the contest, Rapid City exceeded the 30.8 shots it averages per game this year.
Rapid City also got points from Sean Erickson, who also grabbed one goal and three assists. More assists for Missouri came via Anders Franzon, who had one and Eric Castonguay and Colten Hayes, who contributed two a piece.
Keaton Hartigan rejected 22 shots on goal for Rapid City. Rapid City incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Shane Owen took the loss and made 30 saves before being replaced by Erno Suomalainen who made nine saves. The Mavericks incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
