Veteran Receiver Josh Bush Joins Shock

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Shock have acquired veteran wide receiver Josh Bush, the League office announced today.
Bush (5-9, 165, Western Michigan), a nine-year veteran of the AFL, last played in 2013 for the Orlando Predators. He enjoyed the best season of his career in 2012 when he hauled in a career-high 115 passes for 1,799 yards and 37 touchdowns for the New Orleans VooDoo. For his career, Bush has logged 455 receptions for 5,553 yards and 99 scores.
The 35-year-old wideout began his AFL career with the Grand Rapids Rampage in 2004. During his time in the League, Bush also suited up for the Columbus Destroyers and Dallas Desperados. Prior to turning pro, Bush finished his career at Western Michigan as the school's all-time leader in punt return yards with 786. He ranks third in Broncos' history in receptions (150), fourth in receiving yards (1,899) and eighth in receiving touchdowns (12).
